Under Elena's leadership, the corporation reached record profits.
Employees noticed something different.
She knew their names.
She listened.

The company's culture changed completely.
One afternoon, Elena visited the scholarship foundation her grandfather had established decades earlier.
Hundreds of students gathered to thank her.
One little girl walked over shyly.
"Are you the owner?"
Elena smiled.
"I'm only taking care of it."
The little girl handed her a drawing.
It showed a woman holding open a door while others walked through.
"My teacher says real leaders help people climb."
Elena felt tears gather in her eyes.
Her grandfather used to say the same thing.
