Medical experts confirmed Bridget's spinal injuries were entirely consistent with a violent push from behind.
Digital forensic specialists restored the deleted surveillance footage.
The video showed Tyler forcing Bridget backward moments before the railing collapsed.
Marcus accepted a plea agreement for tampering with evidence and testified against Tyler.
Harold and Diane both admitted under oath that they had pressured witnesses to describe the incident as an accident.

Tyler was convicted of aggravated assault, attempted manslaughter, witness intimidation, and conspiracy to destroy evidence.
