Detective Brooks obtained a warrant for Tyler's phone and computer.
At the same time, Lauren requested a private meeting with prosecutors.
With tears in her eyes, she admitted she had spent years covering for Tyler's violent behavior.
She handed investigators dozens of text messages.
One message, sent only minutes before the party, read:
"Today she gives everything back, one way or another."
Another message between Tyler and Marcus discussed removing security footage if "anything happened."
Lauren finally confessed that she had watched Tyler shove Bridget with both hands.
She hadn't spoken sooner because she feared for Mason.
Now she wanted her son to grow up knowing what honesty looked like.
Tyler was arrested at his parents' home.
As officers placed him in handcuffs, Diane screamed that Bridget had destroyed the family.
