CHAPTER 3: THE LEGACY OF THE FLOWER BOY

Three months later...
The world knew the story.
News stations everywhere called it...
“The Flower Boy Who Exposed a Billion-Dollar Lie.”
But the boy never cared about fame.
He only wanted one thing.
To clear his father's name.
Richard Harrington held a press conference.
Standing beside him was the same boy.
Still humble.
Still wearing simple clothes.
Richard looked at the cameras.
“Today, I publicly apologize to Daniel Carter.”
“He was not responsible for my accident.”
“He was my hero.”
Then Richard announced something no one expected.
He was creating the Daniel Carter Foundation.
A charity dedicated to helping mechanics, workers, and forgotten families who had been wrongfully blamed or ignored.
He then turned toward the boy.
“What do you want to become when you grow up?”
The boy smiled.
“An engineer.”
Richard smiled back.
“Then let's make that happen.”
Years later...
The flower boy graduated at the top of his class.
On the wall of his office sat two objects.
A framed photo of his father.
And an old burned mechanic's wrench.
Because sometimes...
The smallest hand can uncover the biggest lie.
And sometimes...
