Employees praised Elena's leadership.
She visited every department personally.
She remembered names.
She listened.
She rebuilt the company culture Daniel had destroyed.
One rainy evening...
Daniel appeared outside corporate headquarters.
No expensive suit.
No luxury car.
Just regret.
"I don't want the company back," he said quietly.
"I just want one chance to apologize."

Then she handed him an envelope.
