"What is your name?" he asked quietly.

"And who taught you to play?"
The girl looked toward the woman standing near the doorway.
"My mom."
The audience turned.
The woman immediately lowered her eyes.
"I only taught her the basics," she said softly.
The man shook his head.

He stared at her face as if searching through decades of memories.
