The investigators arrested Alonso first.
His younger brother tried slipping out the back entrance.
Another team stopped him.
Evangelina screamed that the family lawyers would destroy everyone.
Then one investigator quietly interrupted.
"I'm afraid your lawyers have already begun cooperating."
Her smile disappeared forever.
One by one, relatives started backing away from Alonso.
The same cousins who laughed at Renata moments earlier suddenly claimed they knew nothing.
Even Alonso's own father lowered his head.
"Son..."
"What have you done?"
Alonso looked at Renata with desperate eyes.
"Please..."
"You know I love you."
She almost laughed.
"The man who laughed while I was lying on the floor?"
"The man who made me the fall girl?"
"No."
"You only loved having someone to sacrifice."
Security escorted him away in handcuffs.
